Front Desk

My name is Lori and I work the front desk with Diane. I'm "new" to the dental field and came to this office in July of 2005. Before coming here I worked in the medical field at Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong. I really enjoy the variety of jobs here - it's certainly never boring! My favorite part of working here is being the 1st person to "greet" the patients! Many times a smile and a friendly "hi" can make patients more at ease. At the end of the day I go home to my daughter, Jaidyn. We just bought a home in the area and have been having fun fixing it up and making it ours.

Hi, I'm Diane. I mainly work at the front desk when I'm not giving Dr. Meyer a third, fourth or fifth hand. I started working with the Meyer "family" in 2004. Since I came on board I enjoy interacting with all of our GREAT patients the best. I love helping people with their treatment plans. It's their first step towards good dental health. Working the front desk is very challenging at a dentist office with so many phone calls, questions, treatment plans, checking patients out, managing the schedule and then of course keeping up with all of the different insurance plans. YIKES! Good thing I have an excellent partner, Lori, to help me with all of this. So when I'm done with a full day at the office I enjoy coming home to my husband, John and my 2 girls, Amber 8 and Autumn 6. My girls are very active and love being kids.
